One last time, For a while anyways. . .

So my love leaves for a little while soon. Again. Not for long. And not as long as last time, Thank God! But still, always the evening before I stay up.

Why? Because I think, oh how am I going to handle the stress?

(House is NOT FOR SALE)

I, then, had to remind myself, our home is not for sale and a pending move is no longer in the near future. We get to stay put in THIS house and not worry about a possible buyer or planning more purgings and cleanings.

But still. I stress a bit. Only because now it's back to the daily grind. :) School is finally back in a routine. My lovely husband returns back to work upon arrival back home from training. Hoping for a good schedule with him being home every night on this shore duty bit!

Mom, I want to go to the gym with you!

I have a friend. A friend who said "Hey, let's go to the gym together at a set time a few times a week. Bring your kids and it'll be fun." Who can say no to that?

Not Me.

Today was day two of our regularly gym schedule. Sure, we've gone a few times before and we always do the same types of things.
Well, today, we did the same machines but I decided to try the elliptical a little differently. Instead of just the normal 20 minutes, I pushed the aerobics mode for the set amount of time.

Little did I know what I was getting myself into.

It had me pulling, pushing, just my legs and BACKWARDS. Yes. You read that right. You want me to say it again?

The Elliptical Machine had me going backwards.

I about fell over. Moira even came over from her spot at the indoor playground enclosure to ask if I was okay. Well. I lie. She asked for some water.

So now I must get ready for Awana tonight with burning legs and arms.

Baking bug?

I've caught some sort of baking bug. Which would be all awesome and stuff except for one thing.

                                  I'm trying to lose weight.

Oh and one more thing:
My husband isn't a sweets eater.

So. Yea. Who to share my goodies with? I suppose I could feed the troops but, alas, children can only eat sweets and bread for so long before getting tummy aches and loads of cavities. And besides, I'm not one for having hyped up sugary kids while teaching them.

OH! I know!!
                                 The Neighbors.

You know THEY will love the cinnamon rolls I made, courtesy of the Pioneer Woman cookbook, that are so yummy. And maybe we'll get to know them better, or at least their names.

Being on a name basis with neighbors is always a good thing, right?

More on that later, neighborly love is coming out tomorrow!

We're IN!

The house that is. The rental house that is $600 LESS than what my mortgage payment was. Can you say "Good Bye credit card debt in 12 months?" Yea, I thought you could.

The house is super cute. And I really like it. Schuyler, the awesome husband that he is, has put in shelves in two closets. One set for school books, the other for small kitchen appliances that don't fit in my oh so tiny kitchen. He is now working on bookshelves for his office as I type on in blogworld.

My children are supposedly picking up the girls room but I think they got distracted. I hear conversations of root beer, smells and a pee pee shout from the Boy.

I think I may need to go.
